Shipping Policy
All of our dolls are hand crafted and inspected for quality before shipping.
When shipped, you will be provided with a tracking code. Packaging is unbranded , no labels or logos.
Payments with stripe
We accept payments by credit card.
Credit card billing statements will appear as API GlobalTrade Ltd, our sister company.
Returns & Order Cancellations
Please inspect the doll as soon as you have received it, to verify all parts have been included, please contact us if there are any problems.
Important :
- If you make an order and wish to cancel before receiving the doll, there will be a 30% fee for restocking.
- We do not offer refunds for any other reason than a damage product upon arrival.
- If your doll was already sent to you and you wish to cancel your order, do NOT open the box! Either send it back with the shipper or contact us for a pickup. You will be refunded minus the fee stated above. The doll cannot be used or there will be no refund !
