Questions

We support all Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Cards, Paypal standard, and credit card gateway methods.
We do not accept payments upon delivery or telegraphic transactions (however, some exceptions can be made for fully personalized custom made dolls)

We offer secured payment options and encryption SSL in our site. This way we guarantee your safety, privacy and we avoid fraud in our end.

Once the production of the doll will be completed, we will provide you a tracking number that can be trackable from the express forwarder’s website until it will be delivered to you.

Once we received the payment for the order, please allow 1 to 4 days for production lead time depending on the doll you choose and add additional 8 to 12 business days for shipping time.

Your doll comes with a lingerie, a wig, blanket and USB heating stick. If you want more accessories, please visit our store.

Your privacy is our main goal. All packages are delivered in discreet packaging. There is no specific indication or labelling on the box that reveal the contents inside. Take arrangement with your local facility if you want to pick up your package at the facility.

We offer free shipping worldwide. Nevertheless, some countries might add additional import duties. But normally these are all included in the price of your doll.
